Eng. Sulaiman Althekair is currently a Board Member of SICO Capital , he has been Chairman of Muscat Capital from 2014 till 2021 and a Board Member in Muscat Capital from 2012 to 2014 , he is also the Managing Director of Modern Building Systems since 1992. He has previously worked at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), after which he joined National Industrialization Company (NIC). Subsequently, he worked as Projects Director at the Saudi Automotive Services Company (SASCO). Sulaiman graduated with a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering in 1981 from Kuwait University, after which he obtained an M.Sc. in Engineering Administration from George Washington University (United States) in 1983.
